Product Description
The cashless POS controller for 4 machines allows up to four washing machines, dryers or other compatible appliances to be managed independently through electronic payment, without the need for coins or cash.
It is suitable for residences, B&Bs, campsites, shared laundry rooms, hospitality facilities, condominiums, holiday apartments and self-service laundry areas.
The system features 4 independent timed outputs, each supporting a maximum power of 3500W.
Each machine can be managed separately, and both the price and service duration can be configured according to the needs of the facility.
How it works
Operation is simple:
- the customer selects the desired machine;
- chooses the required service;
- makes the payment using the contactless POS terminal;
- selects the output corresponding to the chosen machine;
- the system enables the machine for the programmed time;
- the customer loads the laundry and starts the normal cycle;
- during operation, an additional payment can be made to add more time, depending on the selected configuration.
The displays show the credit and remaining time for each output.
A small additional time margin can also be programmed to make loading and unloading operations easier.
Example of use
The operator sets a service price of €4.00 for 2 hours.
The customer selects the machine they want to use, pays by contactless card or smartphone and activates the corresponding output.
The machine remains powered for the programmed time.
Price and service duration can be configured according to the needs of the facility.

Contactless POS payment
The device integrates a contactless POS terminal for electronic payments, allowing the customer to pay directly for the service by card or smartphone.

POS transaction fees

Fee example
For a service priced at €4.00:
- Visa or Mastercard payment: 1.85% fee → net credited amount approximately €3.93
- digital wallet payment: 1.50% fee → net credited amount approximately €3.94
The customer pays the configured service price; the operator receives the amount net of the applicable transaction fee.
POS service costs

The first year is included - POS platform and terminal management: €4.00 + VAT per month

Safety and installation
Each connected machine must be powered through a properly sized electrical line protected by suitable circuit breaker and residual-current device according to the connected load.
The payment unit must be installed on a protected electrical line with proper grounding.
The four machines are connected to the dedicated outputs of the device.
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from incorrect installation or installation not compliant with the technical requirements.
Compatibility with washing machines and dryers
The payment unit controls the electrical power supply to the machines and does not modify the internal electronics of the washer or dryer.
Some modern domestic appliances may not automatically resume their cycle after a power interruption or may require specific start-up procedures.
Before purchasing, we therefore recommend checking compatibility with the models to be used.
For professional applications, machines designed to work with external payment or control systems are preferable.
Fiscal management of payments
The device does not directly transmit transaction data electronically to the Italian Revenue Agency.
Any tax obligations related to collected payments must be managed by the operator according to applicable regulations and using the appropriate fiscal tools for their activity.
