QRPay is the most advanced cashless system for activating domestic washing machines or dryers through digital payment.Users simply scan a QR code and pay with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal to instantly start the machine—without coins, tokens, or apps.
⚙️ How It Works
- Connect the QRPay device to the Wi-Fi network or via LAN cable.
- Plug QRPay into the power outlet, then connect the washing machine or dryer to QRPay’s output socket.
- The customer scans the QR code printed on the provided sticker.
- The service price is displayed on their phone (e.g., €1.00 / 30 minutes).
- The user selects the desired time and completes payment with the preferred method.
- QRPay automatically activates the machine for the purchased time.
💡 Once the time expires, the device automatically cuts power to the machine.

⚙️ Installation
- Connect QRPay to a 230V power outlet
- Connect the washing machine/dryer to QRPay
- Configure Wi-Fi or insert the LAN cable
- After initial setup, the system is ready to use
📋 Sales Conditions
The device is registered and activated on our dedicated server, with a 1-year subscription included.
From the second year onwards, the renewal cost is €36 VAT included.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by local network issues or external events beyond our server’s control.
🔒 Safety & Installation Requirements
The device may be installed outdoors only if sheltered from sun, rain, and weather exposure.
The electrical line must include a circuit breaker + RCD, and proper grounding is mandatory.
For machines with power consumption above 3500W, the QRPay must activate an intermediate contactor.
⚠️ Compatibility & Legal Notice
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation.
- Electrical installation must be performed by a qualified technician.
- Some domestic appliances specify the prohibition of external timers or control devices in their manuals.
QRPay does not modify the internal electronics of the machine; it only enables or disables power supply.
Use is at the end user's discretion. If unsure, we recommend using professional machines designed for external control.
