LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30.06.2003 NO. 196

TITLE II – RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an intelligible format.

2. The data subject has the right to be informed of:
   a) the origin of the personal data;
   b) the purposes and methods of processing;
   c) the logic applied in the event of processing with electronic instruments;
   d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and designated representative;
   e) the parties or categories of parties to whom personal data may be disclosed.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
   a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data;
   b) the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully;
   c) certification that the operations in (a) and (b) have been notified to those to whom the data was communicated, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
