Product Description
The cashless POS timer for washer and dryer allows two independent machines to be operated through electronic payment, without the need for coins or cash.
It is suitable for B&Bs, residences, shared laundry rooms, campsites, hospitality facilities, holiday apartments and self-service laundry areas.
The system independently controls one washer and one dryer, with a maximum power of up to 3500W per machine.
The customer selects the required machine, pays by card or smartphone and purchases the required operating time.
Price and service duration can be configured according to the needs of the facility.
How it works
Operation is simple:
- the customer selects the washer or dryer;
- selects the required service;
- makes the payment using the contactless POS terminal;
- the system enables the selected machine for the programmed time;
- the customer loads the laundry and starts the normal machine cycle;
- during operation, an additional payment can be made to add more time, depending on the selected configuration.
The display shows the remaining service time.
A small additional time margin can also be programmed to make loading and unloading operations easier.
Example of use
The operator sets a service price of €4.00 for 2 hours.
The customer selects the washer, pays by contactless card or smartphone, and the machine is powered for the programmed time.
The same procedure can be used independently for the dryer.
Price and duration can be programmed according to the needs of the facility.

Contactless POS payment
The device integrates a contactless POS terminal for electronic payments, allowing customers to pay directly for the service by card or smartphone.
Accepted payment methods
The POS supports payments by:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- compatible debit and prepaid cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- other compatible digital wallets
Payments are credited directly to the bank account indicated by the operator.
POS transaction fees
- Visa, Mastercard and prepaid cards: 1.85% of the transaction amount
- Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay: 1.50% of the transaction amount
Fee example
For a service priced at €4.00:
- payment by Visa or Mastercard: 1.85% fee → net credited amount approximately €3.93
- payment through a digital wallet: 1.50% fee → net credited amount approximately €3.94
The customer pays the configured service price; the operator receives the amount net of the applicable transaction fee.
POS service costs
- SIM and data traffic: €6.00 + VAT per month
The first year is included. From the second year onward, the cost is charged to the operator. - POS platform and terminal management: €4.00 + VAT per month
- POS activation: €30.00 + VAT one-time fee

Safety and installation
The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from incorrect installation or installation not compliant with the technical requirements.
Each connected machine must be powered through a properly sized electrical line protected by suitable circuit breaker and residual-current device according to the connected load.
The payment unit must be installed on a protected electrical line with proper grounding.
The two machines are connected to the dedicated outputs of the device.
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Compatibility with washing machines and dryers
The payment unit controls the electrical power supply to the machines and does not modify the internal electronics of the washer or dryer.
Some modern domestic appliances may not automatically resume their cycle after a power interruption or may require specific start-up procedures.
Before purchasing, we therefore recommend checking compatibility with the washer and dryer models to be used.
For professional applications, machines designed to work with external payment or control systems are preferable.
Fiscal management of payments
The device does not directly transmit transaction data electronically to the Italian Revenue Agency.
Any tax obligations related to collected payments must be managed by the operator according to applicable regulations and using the appropriate fiscal tools for their activity.
