Cashless Contactless POS Controller for Electrical Loads up to 3500W
This cashless controller with contactless POS payment allows customers to activate electrical equipment and loads up to 3500W – 230V without using coins or cash.
It is suitable for self-service laundries, campsites, gyms, workshops, common areas and other paid services where electrical equipment needs to operate for a preset period of time.
Customers can pay directly by credit card, debit card, prepaid card or smartphone. Once the transaction is authorised, the controller activates the connected electrical load for the operating time associated with the amount paid.
How It Works
For example, a customer makes a €5.00 contactless payment. The system activates the connected equipment for the configured operating time, while the remaining time is shown on the LED display.
During operation, an additional payment can be made to extend the operating time without interrupting the service.
The same principle can be used for washing machines, dryers, compressors, lighting systems and other compatible electrical loads within the maximum rated power of the controller.

Contactless POS Payment
The integrated POS terminal allows customers to pay directly for the service without using cash.
Supported payment methods include:

- Compatible debit and prepaid cards

- Google Pay
- Other compatible digital wallets
Payments are credited to the bank account specified by the operator.
POS Transaction Fees
- Visa, Mastercard and prepaid cards: 1.85% of the transaction amount
- Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay: 1.50% of the transaction amount
Example: for a service priced at €5.00, a 1.85% transaction fee corresponds to approximately €0.09, while a 1.50% fee corresponds to approximately €0.08.
POS Service Costs
- SIM and data traffic: €6.00 + VAT/month. The first year is included; from the second year onwards, this cost is borne by the operator.
- POS platform and terminal management: €4.00 + VAT/month
- POS activation: €30.00 + VAT one-off fee

Fiscal Management of Payments
The system does not have a direct data communication interface with the Italian Revenue Agency. For installations in Italy, fiscal recording and transmission of payments must therefore be managed by the operator using the tools required by applicable Italian regulations.
For installations outside Italy, the operator is responsible for verifying and complying with the fiscal requirements applicable in the country where the system is installed.
