How it works
After payment, the user selects the desired shower by pressing the corresponding button. The system activates the selected shower for the programmed time.
To extend the service, the user must insert an amount equal to an exact multiple of the set price and press the same button again. It is also possible to activate multiple showers at the same time.
Important note: amounts that are not exact multiples of the set price (for example, €1.20 with a €1.00 price) are not converted into extra time. Any excess is not counted.
We recommend posting an information sign instructing users to insert the correct amount.
POS fees and service charges
Transaction fees
- 1.85% on VISA, MasterCard, and prepaid cards.
- 1.50% on digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Example, service price €1.00
- VISA or MasterCard payment (1.85%). Fee: €0.0185. Net credited: €0.9815.
- Apple Pay or Google Pay payment (1.50%). Fee: €0.015. Net credited: €0.985.
The customer always pays €1.00, while the operator receives almost the full amount without handling cash.
POS service charges
- SIM and data plan: €6.00 + VAT per month (1st year included, from the 2nd year charged to the operator).
- POS platform and terminal management: €4.00 + VAT per month.
- POS activation fee, one time: €30.00 + VAT.
- Payout to bank account: included.
Warnings
- Outdoor installation is allowed only if the unit is protected from rain and direct sunlight.
- Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect or non-compliant installation.
